Pair of doors

While looking for some interesting wreaths for the winter scavenger hunt I found a lovely range of styles and thought that I could use 2 for a nice pair

my own door has a gold tinsel circle because it is dark and when I tried a greenery wreath it disappeared into the shadows so I looked for something light and sparkly.

Only a pair of pairs left after this week. Several of you have wondered about next year - I'm thinking 'Snap' / '4 of a Kind'.  Some overlap with pairs but allowing for a few more photos some weeks.  What I was thinking was between 2 to 4 photos with a theme which might be a colour or a shape or an item - I could have used 4 of the wreaths that I found.  I'm sure as the year progresses we will discover other themes to use too.  what do you think?

Looking forward to all your lovely pairs this week and thank you for participating

Lovely wreaths. I'd like to put one on my door but can't see any way to hang it. I just enjoy others'!

This is a lovely pair. I saw so many different types of wreaths over the weekend, no two the same. Im up for 4 of a kind next year. Any reason to post pictures :) I did laugh when I read your idea because I thought Oh! Maggie will like that!

I like your Pair of wreaths. I know what you mean about a greeny one getting lost - our front door is dark green! I like the idea of a gold tinsel one.

As for Your meme of Pairs going forward. I like Pairs (but then I'm rather new to it), 4 of a kind would be a challenge, but I believe I'd be up for it most weeks, a colour theme is also a great idea. I think what every works for You is the best idea, I will certainly be making every attempt to playing along. Pairs has certainly gotten me out & about & looking at things in a very different way, so for that I thank you for creating & keeping it going.

PS I deleted my first attempt at a comment, fingers not so nimble this morning - oh Lord it was full of spelling errors!

What a good idea for a pair, and gives me some motivation to go out and photograph some doors for my Christmas Journal. I'm delighted to see Snap/Four of a Kind. I think it has lots of possibilities!

There are so many wreaths of different kinds around this year . It's interesting to see what different people like. I'm up for snaps and I can see Miriam knows my difficulty restricting to two!

Aren't they a great contrast? Your idea sounds like it has lots of possibilities, so I'll be looking out for more info, Helena.

I quite like the modern wreath ... but I'd have put a ribbon or a few cones on it. It's just a little too minimal!
Your idea's for next year sound fab, I may even try to join in!

I'm looking forward to whatever you decide to do for the photo challenge next week. Four photos could be really cool.
I've been enjoying the seasonal aspects of pairs I've been posting this month.
